Kristi is a passionate and results-driven commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience designing, launching and leading high-impact loyalty, marketing, digital, and PR programs across Hospitality and Retail.
She is currently the EVP Strategy at Global Hotel Alliance (GHA). GHA is the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands with 50 brands and 950 hotels in 100 countries. Its loyalty program – GHA DISCOVERY – has 34 million members driving $3.2 billion in revenue to its hotels, and has won 140 awards for its innovations.
Solana González is a marketing strategist in the entertainment industry, currently serving as a Marketing Manager at Warner Music Latina. She leads high-impact digital campaigns for a roster of 60+ artists, driving global visibility for Latin talent. Her work spans award-winning projects across Disney+, Netflix, and Paramount+, and includes cultural events such as BRESH. She focuses on building culturally relevant campaigns that connect with audiences globally, blending creativity, data, and storytelling to drive real impact.
Sirui Hua is the Head of Audience & Analytics at NowThis, one of the top video publishers on social media. He leads data strategy for a global video brand, bridging analytics and visual storytelling to drive engagement across platforms.
Santiago Losada is an award-winning Creative Director and strategic design leader with over a decade of global experience across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. As Creative Manager at Monks, he leads large-scale creative strategy for Fortune-level clients. He has held leadership roles at Grey London, McCann, Ogilvy, and Leo Burnett, and has served 15 times as an international jury member. He is an Executive Member of IADAS and a published thought leader.
Erica Mau-Schank is a marketing professional specializing in strategy for small businesses and nonprofits. With over a decade of experience in publishing, branding, and digital marketing, she has a proven history of increasing traffic and brand recognition. Believing that strong teams boost businesses, Erica established Vibe Creative to build team culture and drive growth. Through Vibe, she combines her passion for community and creativity to help businesses achieve their goals and expand their digital presence.
Dr. Goran Mijuk (*1970) is currently leading Content and Creative at Novartis’ Corporate Marketing function. He is a journalist and communications specialist by training. He works as a speech writer and has been editor-in-chief of the Novartis live magazine since 2012. He previously wrote for Reuters and The Wall Street Journal for over 15 years. He has a Ph.D. in American and English Letters.
Harris Shaw is an award-winning Creative Director from New York. Harris creates bold, award-winning campaigns, unique digital experiences and content for world-renowned brands.
His rich, beautifully visual work comes from a passion for design that has spanned over 15 years in the advertising field. Graduate of Parsons School of Design, he has used his skills to fuse design, technology, and storytelling together and create conceptually and artistically transformative work in many categories.

Amy is an award-winning marketing and communications professional whose career has spanned environmental engineering, deep water technology, and beyond. Across every industry, she has led with creativity, building campaigns, brand strategies, and partnerships that connect and resonate.
She currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF), where she brings that same creative conviction to work rooted in her love for the natural world. Her collaborative projects with partners like Hip Hop Public Health and IHeartRadio reflects her belief that the most rewarding work is built with others.

A robust marketing leader, she has expertise in harnessing the power of business analytics to understand customer needs, uncover opportunities, devise winning strategies, and close performance gaps.
She is adept at analyzing and reporting social media presence, engagement, and effectiveness across all platforms to boost overall impact and performance. Katie has been recognized for invigorating brand identities through results-driven strategies.
Recognized for strategizing, establishing, and reinforcing digital, social, and marketing and communications campaigns for promoting services and product awareness, she has succeeded in building and managing the production of videos and ads for generating leads.
DaShawn Usher is an accomplished advocate, researcher, and leader with over 17 years of experience in research, program development, and health communications. As the Vice President, Community and Media at GLAAD, the world’s largest LGBTQ media advocacy organization, he drives impactful programming, signature events, and innovative initiatives. His expertise has garnered widespread recognition, featured in notable publications such as Vanity Fair, Hollywood Reporter, Forbes, Billboard and many more publications for his work. DaShawn’s creative prowess extends to executive producing award-winning content, including multiple Webby, Shorty, Telly, and Anthem Awards. Moreover, as the Founder of Mobilizing Our Brothers Initiative (MOBI), he champions social connectivity and personal development for Black gay and queer individuals, fostering holistic community wellness.
